| Peanut Butter Cookies |
| It can't get any easier that this. |
| Ingredients |
| 1 C peanut butter |
| ¼ C butter, softened |
| 1 C sugar |
| ½ C water, boiling |
| 2 C bisquick |
| Procedure |
| In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and water. Blend well. |
| Stir in Bisquick. |
| Drop on greased sheet pan. Flatten with fork. |
| Bake at 400°F for 6-8 minutes. Rack cool. Store in air tight container. |
