| Ingredients |
| 2 Lb Flank Steak |
| Refried Beans |
| Guacamole |
| Corn Tortillas |
| Marinade |
| 1/4 c. olive oil |
| 1/4 c. vegetable oil |
| 1/4 c. lemon juice |
| 2 Tbsp. lime juice |
| 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tsp. salt |
| 1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
| 1/4 tsp. black pepper |
| Procedure |
| Combine ingredients for marinade. |
| Marinate flank steak in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. |
| Grill the flank steak. |
| Slice in thin slices across the grain. |
| Place several slices on a corn tortilla with guacamole or refried beans. |
| Yield: 6 servings |
