| BBQ Sauce |

| Ingredients |
| 1 T Vegetable Oil |
| 1 Onion, chopped fine |
| 2 C Tomato Sauce |
| 1C Red Wine Vinegar |
| 1 T Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 t Ground Pepper |
| 1/4 t Cayenne Pepper |
| 1/4 t Sweet Paprika |
| 1 T Salt |
| 1/2 C Dark Brown Sugar |
| 2 T Worcestershire Sauce |
| Procedure |
| In a non reactive sauce pan, warm the oil over medium heat. |
| Add Onion and cook to lightly brown. 5 - 10 Minutes |
| Stir in all remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. |
| Reduce heat and bring to a simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes |
| Makes 3/4 Cups. |
| Keep in Cool Place. |
