Hydrangea ‘Pia’

Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Pia’

This dwarf plant has lots of personality and will give you everything that its largest cousins can, but will easily fit into that unused small space in the garden. Pia is named for one of Dante's tragic heroines in "The Divine Comedy." Expect the flowers on this plant to be vivid carmine red with white centers against dark green foliage. Tuck it into any small space and enjoy the prolific blooms.

Feed: Lightly apply 10-10-10 in early Spring and twice in Summer

Prune: Annually in Late Summer once blooms are spent.
